Equipment Features：

This series of equipment is mainly designed for fine grinding and sanding of wood veneer and paint. 

The sanding rollers are made of soft rubber and their rotational speed is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing for adjustment of the roller speed according to the sanding requirements. 

The frame is welded from channel steel and steel plates, featuring a heavy-duty load-bearing structure. It undergoes artificial aging or annealing treatment to enhance the stability of the frame. The sheet is laser-cut to ensure the accuracy of the installation of the workpiece. 

The fixed-thickness rollers are formed by welding a belt wheel and the roller body as a single unit. They are equipped with high-quality maintenance-free bearings, and the inner and outer surfaces of the roller body are processed. 

They are coordinated with a high-precision dynamic balance equipment for calibration to ensure the stability of the roller body during high-speed operation. 

The lifting screw of the equipment uses high-precision T-type screws or ball bearing screws. 

The sanding belt has an automatic dust blowing system and a top auxiliary dust collection hood. This not only extends the service life of the sanding belt but also ensures the cleanliness and tidiness of the workpiece surface, meeting the processing requirements of the next process.
