Equipment features:

2. This series of equipment mainly addresses the problem of large workpiece errors and uneven surface during sanding and polishing.
The overall frame is made of profile welding and undergoes annealing treatment. The body is less prone to deformation, and the sanding machine operates more stably and reliably.
For small workpieces or precision grinding, a vacuum suction function is added, which can firmly fix the workpiece on the conveyor belt. During the sanding process, the workpiece will not slip, ensuring the smooth passage of the workpiece and the precision requirements of sanding.
The lifting motor uses a servo motor, and the lifting achieves an accuracy of 0.01 millimeters, improving the precision requirements for workpiece sanding.
It has a central information processing system, and each sanding unit has independent calibration control functions.
Control the pressure of each sanding unit through a precise pressure regulating valve, so as to achieve different stroke sizes for each sanding unit according to the unevenness of the workpiece height, ensuring that the workpiece does not lose sand or sand passes through.
The program has edge and corner sanding protection function, which can be set according to the sanding requirements of the workpiece, and can set the working state of the edge sanding unit on both sides of the workpiece.
The feeding end is equipped with a high-precision sensor, which can more accurately control thescanning accuracy.
The segmented sanding can be divided into two structures: horizontal and vertical. And according to the sanding of different products, there are various combination methods to meet the sanding requirements of different products and different processes.
