Equipment Features：

This series of equipment is mainly designed for scenarios with large sanding volume and hard wood panels. Through the planing roller, most of the processing work is accomplished, thus enabling one-time processing, avoiding secondary processing, and overcoming the problem of high sanding paper consumption in traditional sanding. 

The frame is made by welding channel steel and steel plates, featuring a heavyduty load-bearing structure. It undergoes artificial aging or annealing treatment to enhance the stability of the machine body. Laser-cutting of the plates ensures the accuracy of the installation of the workpiece. 

The fixed-thickness roller is formed by welding a belt wheel and the roller body as a single unit. It is equipped with high-end maintenance-free bearings. The inner and outer surfaces of the roller are processed, and it is adjusted with a high-precision dynamic balance device to ensure the stability of the roller during high-speed operation. 

The equipment's lifting screw uses high-precision T-type screws or ball bearing screws.

The planing knife roller is available in two blade sizes: 15*15mm and 30*12mm. The appropriate blade size can be selected based on the material of the workpiece and the sanding volume.
