This series of equipment enables double-sided grinding of workpieces and can be integrated with other production line systems, such as UV 

roller coating lines, panel veneering lines, reciprocating spray lines,and wooden door production lines. 

The working platform is fixed at the same level as the main production line; when adjusting the thickness of the workpiece, the sanding belt 

moves vertically. 

Highly efficient and labor-saving, this equipment, combined with loading/unloading and conveying systems, forms a complete, independent sanding production line. 

The frame is constructed by welding channel steel and steel plates, providing a heavy-duty structure. It undergoes artificial aging or annealing treatment to enhance structural stability. Laser-cutting ensures precise component dimensions for accurate installation. 

The thickness control roll is integrally formed using pulley and roller welding technology, equipped with maintenance-free high-end bearings. Both internal and external surfaces are precisely machined and dynamically balanced using high-precision balancing equipment, ensuring stable operation at high speeds. 

The lifting mechanism uses high-precision T-type lead screws or ball bearing screws. 

The sanding belt features an automatic dust-blowing system and a top auxiliary dust hood, which not only extends the belt's service life but also keeps the workpiece surface clean and tidy, meeting requirements for subsequent processing steps.
